Does the hotel offer room cleaning service?

The daily room cleaning service is not included. However, a weekly room cleaning service is included with a minimum stay of 7 nights. In case you prefer an additional room cleaning service during your stay an extra fee of $30 USD will apply.

How to get to the hotel zone?

The bus lines 1 and 2 bring you directly to the hotel zone. The closest street to take them is the Avenida Coba which you can reach in 5 minutes by walking.

Are visitors allowed during your stay in the hotel?

No visitors are allowed during your stay. Exceptions will be made for long term stays for more than a month.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

Yes, we have a rooftop gym on the 7th floor.

What is the smoking policy in the hotel?

The Everglades Suites is a non-smoking hotel. A $500 USD fee will be charged for smoking in the room, hallway and balcony and may result in possible eviction from the hotel.

Yes, we have a rooftop terrace with pool, sunbeds, hammocks and grill on the 7th floor.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) at the reception area, rooftop and in all rooms.

Does the hotel offer parking?

We have free and secure parking. Our parking spaces are limited and subject to availability. We do not accept reservations in advance. At your arrival please check directly with the reception availability and they can provide you the access card to the Underground parking.

Do we accept children at the hotel?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Please note that cribs are not available.

Do we accept pets in the hotel?

No, we do not allow any pets in the hotel. Exceptions can be requested for a long term stays for more than 6 months.
